One of the many trends to follow suite from pre-fall is the blanket drape. This incredibly comfy, yet classy drape is the perfect option for those chilly nights when you're out and about with friends and are looking for something to throw over your outfit to keep you warm. The versatility of this drape will never fail to impress, the endless choices to either dress it up or down, will definitely give that extra something your looking for in an outfit, it will basically... complete the look.
Some ideas on how to pair this statement look include; dressing it down with a simple LBD (little black dress), making sure that the drape has some work/print, this simple, yet elegant look will definitely turn heads. Another option is to wear a slim fitted pant, paired with some high-heeled booties, this look will most certainly portray Meryl Streeps look, in the “Devil wears Prada” film… that fierce look.
So my lovelies, hope this helps when you’re deciding on how to dress your blanket drape with a few simple basics that you would have in your wardrobe.

Another quick and simple way to achieve the blanket look for those who are not quite ready for the statement look, is the alternative of the blanket scarf.

Combining the words “blanket” and “scarf” into one word already has me a little excited ;) Who doesn’t love a warm, snuggly blanket and who doesn’t love a good scarf around their neck during fall? And who wouldn’t love the two combined? Not many people, I hope.

This is the perfect option for those who are a little less adventurous, so why not give it a go, you’ve got nothing to lose. Begin your fall with this fashionable piece and you will never put a foot wrong this winter.

It's all about experimenting and having fun with what you wear. Good Luck :)
